THESE STEERS WERE A LITTLE ON EGDE WORKING IN THE CRUSH AND YARDS TODAY BUT THE WIND WAS HOWLING FROM THE EAST & WE DEDUCED THAT THIS WAS HAVING AN EFFECT ON THEM. THEY WERE PROPERLY WEANED FOR 3 WEEKS AS WEANERS & I HAVE WORKED THEM IN THE YARDS ON PREVIOUS OCCASIONS OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS WITH NO PROBLEMS. ALTHOUGH UNSETTLED IN THE CRUSH, THEY CALMED DOWN ONCE THEY RETURNED TO THE MOB.

STILL IN THEIR WINTER COAT BUT SHOW GOOD DEPTH IN THE BODY WITH A NICE SQUARE FRAME. BRED OUT OF CLASSED LARGE FRAMED KENNY'S CREEK BLOOD COWS WITH SPRINGWATERS BULLS SIRES SELECTED FOR MARBLING AND HIGH EMA. BASED ON THIS, THESE STEERS WILL DEVELOP INTO A LARGE FRAMED HEAVY CARCASE WITH ATTRIBUTES TO BOOT. PLEASE NOTE 2 X STEERS WERE MARKED LATE BUT DO NOT DISPLAY BULLISH CHARACTERISTICS.
