Very Good to Handle through the yards. They are calm & content cattle with only a couple stirring up in the crush. They have been race drafted. They have only been yard weaned so would benefit with some outside education before letting go.

Assessor Comments
65 GQ Santa Cross Heifers to fit on 1.5 decks. Majority exhibit good bone, length & depth for their age. They are quiet, have good feet & plenty of compensatory weight gain on offer. Vendor has not retained any Heifers so the pick of these would be ideal to breed from, with the remainder well suited to grow out to feeder or slaughter weights. There are approx 48 Vendor Bred Heifers as well as 17 Heifers that were purchased as Calves on Cows out of NSW 8 months ago. 51 head are from 155 - 290 kg with a couple of lighter & heavier Heifers included. Nuken has minimal Prickly Acacia in paddock they came from. They should pass any viable seed by delivery. Vendor has 1.5 decks of Steers in the same sale. *Vendor will deliver heifers to Winton Saleyards Monday afternoon 9th December. Purchaser is responsible for any feeding or yard charges from then until delivery. Heifers are also available to pickup on property Monday morning if that suits purchaser.*
