Assessor Comments
Buyers, a line of yearling heifers suitable to breed or feed. They are considered good to very good quality, have presented in store condition and are just starting to clean up in the coat after the winter. I would envisage plenty of compensatory gain provided they are introduced to some improved pasture or good quality grass country. I feel they would be gaining weight on the very good grazing conditions at their disposal however, just to be safe no gain has been added as some rain is forecast for a couple of days. These are highly suitable to background to heavier weights for entry onto grain in a domestic feedlot or continue onto heavier weights, again for all domestic grassfed programs. There are plenty of signs that these are starting to cycle, they will suit a restocker looking to increase future breeder numbers. They are also EU ACCREDITED plus TEYS and OAKEY PASTURE CERTIFIED. Backgrounders note, the vendor is confident these have had no exposure to bulls at any stage.
