A very nice run of Speriby North blood steers. They are showing excellent growth for age and are lovely soft steers. They are quiet and well handled. These cattle were purchased ex Auctions Plus in October from a breeder that has been using Speriby North bulls for 25 plus years. Vendor has yard weaned calves for the last week on barley straw. At the time of assessment steers were still in the yards but have since been let out on to tropicals. Since photos were taken they have picked up considerable bathurst burr. 3 steers with small amount of ringworm on head.

Bathurst burr on head and brisket. These cattle had no burr at assessment as they were being yard weaned. They were let out into tropicals following assessment and have aquired burr. See last photo.
