Steers handled well through yards with only a couple becoming agitated in crush but settled well once returned to mob ,Steers will be well educated by delivery with more more handling and tailing out being done daily

Buyers a great opportunity to secure a 2 deck line of VGQ Vendor bred store condition weaned steers. Steers are out of Medium to Large framed crossbred cows sired by high priced Raff and Lawson Angus bulls. These steers are run on lighter red country and will power ahead on good feed. Ideally suited to put on oats as they already have the frame and would get to heavy feeder weights in no time .Alternatively they could be taken through to grass bullocks suiting all Pasture fed programmes with no grain or hormone in their lives. The Cornford cattle have a good reputation for performing on grass or grain as they have the length of body ,bone and softness due to a great British ,Euro Bos Indicus cross. note 2 steers had slight blue clouding in one eye and one steer had a kink in his tail at the base not considered detrimental.
