Steers were good to handle in yards and crush, however they did move freely out in bigger yard whilst being photographed. No steers showing any signs of aggressiveness.

An opportunity to purchase 77 very well bred and renowned Drensmaine weaned steers. These steers are normally taken through to bullocks but with the drying conditions they are offered for sale. Steers present in store condition and will certainly go ahead on a rising plain of nutrition when given the opportunity. Photos will demonstrate the very good bone, length and confirmation that will produce high quality feeder steers or bullocks. This is definitely due to the quality of the sires they are using and the selection criteria they have applied to their breeding herd. The coats on the steers are starting to clean up with some showing signs of still having the their winter coats. A handful of steers with white markings on their underbelly. The steers assessed as horned is only a very small light soft scur. Buyers looking to fill decks can also fill up with a further two decks of heavier steers offered in this sale.

Steers are bred out of a heavily classed purebred and stud Drensmaine Santa cows that have a fantastic reputation in the cattle industry especially in western QLD.
