Buyers, to be offered for sale A/C of Calvary Pastoral Co, 90 Yearling Angus Steers. TOPS OF THE DROP. These steers represent the lead draft being offered today. Each steer individually weighed 320+Kg at assessment for a tight weight range of 320Kg to 419Kg Full. Averaging 351Kg at assessment, these September/October drop steers are right in the slot to take on into feeders or heavy kill cattle. Genuine cold country cattle, weight gain will not be an issue for these steers. Sired by the Bongongo Angus Bulls and are out of a performance bred cow herd based on Te Mania, Dunoon, Reiland, Hazeldean and Brookfield Park blood. Steers were properly yard weaned in April. They are quiet and good to handle. Medium to large framed cattle that are starting to clean up well from a cold southern tablelands Winter. A great opportunity to secure a B Double of vendor bred and very well bred Angus Steers with a tight weight range. Buyers please note vendor is also offering the second draft in the sale.
