Assessor Comments
A Good quality line of well bred Weaned Angus steers. A line of steers that are at perfect Backgrounding weights togo onto crop, weighing between 261 and 345 kg to Average 303.5 kgs full at assessment. Steers are all frame and offer some good compensation weight gain as they present in fresh forward store condition and have been weaned over two months. Steers have been treated with their first shot of Bovilis MH + IBR on the 29/05/24 and have only been Grass fed and had no Antibiotics (Certificate Available). Steers were purchased as calves on cows and were bred out of big framed angus cows that were Miiah Murrah and Hazeldean Blood and were sired by Hazeldean bulls, A small portion of vendor bred steers would be in the mob that are Wakefield blood. Ideal steers to suit all Angus markets including domestic and Export. Please see another line of Heaver feedlot weight steers from the same mob and vendor in this same sale.
