Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Very pleasant group of heifers to handle. Extremely well behaved throughout assessment. Walked up the race quietly, no mis-behaving on the scales, and all exited the crush quietly. Just 3 heifers that showed some anxiety in the crush, doing some stomping, and wanting to get out. But all exited the crush at a walk and wandered happily around in the yards

Assessor Comments
Top of their drop, Upper Murray bred heifers from a very well known herd. Carrying the renowned Ardrossan & The Glen Angus Blood. These beautiful long bodied heifers are only offered for sale due to the vendor no longer retaining females as they transition from breeding in to trading, and the tough decision made to no longer retain or calve down heifers. These are very deep, long barrelled females with correct conformation, good bone & a real maternal style about them. Optimum health & weight going in to joining, perfect to tip out with the bulls for the Spring joining. Well mannered Angus females that present a great opportunity to purchase as future breeders. Buyers please Note, Vendor also has 2 lots of the mothers with calves at foot in the Eastern States sale.
