Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Free moving heifers that were easy to assess with very little pushing required. A large percentage were recorded "slightly stirry" going through the crush but only stirred up slightly when pressure was applied. 5x head would not settle to be weighed and were recorded "stirry". As a group the heifers want to move away from the handler with a portion doing so quicker than others. The heifers got better as the day went on being able to walk amongst them to take videos at the end of assessment.

Assessor Comments
An opportunity to secure a line of vendor bred, yard weaned Angus heifers that have had all the treatments and are in a very tight weight range. These Angus heifers have a depth of performance breeding for nearly 90 years. Bungle Boori has a reputation of producing sort after performance feeder cattle from its 600 cow herd. The successful purchaser will not be buying any excess condition on these true store heifers that given the opportunity will perform with a large complimentary weight gain. Please note there were heifers recorded at the time of assessment with evidence of ringworm (as shown in photos) The ringworm scaring presented dry and inactive but come with no professional grantee. Please note 1x heifer has white hair on the face in a stripe down the nose (as in photos) Fantastic opportunity in a time where female numbers are low.
