Assessor Comments
A very tidy line of April/May 21 drop Merino wether lambs presenting in Forward store condition which represents the full drop bred by the vendor with a 15% tail removed. These lambs are fresh in the skin and show good bone & growth. The wether lambs were shorn only a month ago and are now starting to put condition on rapidly being ideal to fatten for the Merino trade. Dual purpose wether lambs that have the genetics of large frame Riverina bloodlines known for heavy wool cutting. Approx 20% of lambs assessed have wether lamb horn and another 10% show small scurr. Note: There are 8 W/L that are 4 months older being a January drop and have a purple tag which were all mouthed at assessment showing good fresh lambs teeth. These wether lambs are a buyers dream presenting in forward store condition with plenty of genetics behind them to target multiple opportunities with the trade, heavy or extra heavy markets. OPPORTUNITY PRESENTS. The 15% tail will be offered in the same sale.
