Assessor Comments
240 merino wether lambs, July/August 2023 drop, Haddon Rig bld, January shorn with 20% of lambs being november shorn, mulesed, averaged 33.4kgs at assessment. A quality line of store/forward store wether lambs, that would be ideal for a successful purchaser to feed on or grow out as wool cutters. Lambs display long bodies, with plenty of frame and bone. A great article that is on a rising nutritional plain ready to feed on as wool cutting weathers or to meet export markets. Lambs are currently grazing wheat stubbles with pasture have available also. Lambs have also been trail fed a mixture of wheat and barley every second day.
