These young lambs are well breed with the Poll Dorset rams selected for shape and muscle, the ewes are of medium to large frame Pastora Blood. Previously they have been retained and sold as trade or export weights but carrying more ewes and with more lambs coming are being offered for sale. They have been trained on to feeders for the assistance of the purchaser. They are showing signs of drying of and a shearing would turn them into trade lambs in no time. These are the 2nd cut of the drop and a 15% tail taken out.
