Assessor Comments
A productive line of 270 x July/ August 2024 Drop Merino lambs. Long stapled lambs that will grow into heavy lambs if given the opportunity and provide the buyer with a fleece rebate within a few months. The ‘Riverside’ sheep are bred for staple length, soft, high yielding wools on plain skinned fertile sheep. Animal health treatments are up to date and the ewe lambs have been Gudair vaccinated. They are offered ad lib loose lick and trained to trail feed. Of the 270 x lambs there are 209 x wether lambs and 61 x are ewe lambs. A tail of 15% was drafted out at assessment. An opportunity to purchase well bred merino lambs from a well managed flock. Previous purchasers are very happy with the lambs performance.
