The Lambs Are Generally Plain Bodied Open Faced Types That Have Had A Full Health Treatment Off 2 x Needles Drench And Jet They Are Electronically Tagged For Interstate Requirements And For Those Set Up For Weight Gain Statistics. Lambs Are In Good Condition And Have Moved Forward Since A Visual Assessment Prior To Crutching. The Wethers Are And Have Been Yarran Valley Blood For Many Years Bred From Medium to Medium Large Frame Ewes the Lambs Are Approximately 90% Polled and 10% Light Horned. A Mid September Shearing Gives the Fattener the Opportunity to Shear Again Prior to Marketing
