Assessor Comments
Buyers, to be offered for sale are 140 Merino Wether Lambs & Hoggets. These are the 2nd draft of "Bimbadeen" Wethers offered in the sale. Yarrawonga and Roseville Park blood, these are breeders sheep. Individually weighed 26+Kg, to average 28.8Kg full at assessment. August shorn and average 16 micron. These wethers are in store condition and are an ideal proposition to fatten on crop over the warmer months into a trade weights or retain as wool growing wethers. Wethers do present with fresh dag, the odd scur and horn. Clean white and bright wool, freshly shorn in August, averaging 0.5 inches. Since shearing these wethers have reacted favorable to the warmer spring conditions and will continue to go forward. A great opportunity presents itself for a spring trade or a genuine wool grower article. Buyers please note vendor is also offering the top draft in the sale with the opportunity to put 4 decks of store vendor bred merino wethers together.
