A NEAT LINE OF THE GRASSMERE STATION WHITE DORPER & DORPER WETHER LAMBS. APRIL/MAY DROP & MARKED 3-5th JULY. LAMBS ARE YOUNG & HAVE DONE VERY WELL WITH A GREAT START BUT SEASON IS NOW ON A KNIFES EDGE SO THEY ARE SELLING WHILE THEY ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. LAMBS HAVE VARIOUS LEVELS OF CLOVER BURR FROM SOME HAVING MEDIUM TO SOME HAVING NEXT TO NONE DEPENDING ON SHEDDING & COAT TYPE. NOTE THAT BATHURST & NAGOORA BURR DOES GROW ON PROPERTY TYPICALLY OVER SUMMER SO DIDN’T SEE ANY ON INSPECTION. THESE LAMBS HAVE BEEN WEANED OVER SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE ASSESSMENT INTO A FRESH HOLDING PADDOCK ALONG WITH HAY AT THE TROUGH. SO BUYERS BE AWARE THAT THERE MAY BE SLIGHT WEIGHT OR FAT COVER LOSS. NOTE THAT THERE IS APPROX 3% UNMARKED LAMBS IN THE LINE BUT THEY WILL BE TAGGED PRIOR TO LOADING.
