A line of ewe lambs with the tail removed that present as a line of feeder lambs,or future breeders.
They have been on a different property to the vendors other line of 200 in this sale,and have been kept separate due to barley grass on the wool surface and wool staple penetration.
There is no reason that once shorn they will not perform exactly the same as the other line.
These lambs were only dropped in May/June and were weaned in August as the mothers were sold.
They have a good style of wool that is ready to be shorn and give an immediate rebate .
Given feed they will grow into large frame lambs for th autumn trade or future breeders.
The lambs mothers have all been sold at very high values on auctions plus earlier this year.
The lambs were assessed after overnight rain ,and off feed for 12 hours
