There is around 4000 wether lambs in this sale, this is the complete drop of Merino wether lambs. These wether lambs would normally be kept as wool growers until 5-year-olds and grow into big sheep and cut a heap of wool. Wethers were weighed into groups 40 kg + / 35 to 40 kg / 25 to 35 kg and will be sold in runs out the gate in their weight groups. Lambs are Stud Park South Bred and blood and sired by the top rams out of the stud. Lambs have had all their treatments so they are ready to go back to the paddock or into a feed lot. Grain imprinting: All lambs were imprinted on Mums for 2 weeks prior to being weaned and then continued to be grain feed a blend of 70% oats and 30% barley 3 times a week once weaned. Grazing conditions: Weaners have been grazing a variety of Summer crops and improved pastures since weaned, lucerne, grazing oats, ryegrass and clover. Around 300 Barton hill poll wether lambs are part of this consignment. Don' miss out on securing these Merino lambs.
