Assessor Comments
A neat line of the JD Schultz Cashmore Oaklea composite lambs. This line would be an approximately 50/50 ewe lamb - wether lamb split. The lambs are healthy and strong but would be generally the youngest of the entire drop, therefore the lightest. They have been weaned for nearly 3 weeks, so will now continue to rise in growth and condition, as the initial check that they may have experienced is well behind them. The lambs are very well bred, have always experienced above average weight gain for age & finish to either domestic or export weights. Fatteners who have purchased the Schultz lambs in the past, have all commented on their fantastic doing and finishing ability. All lambs have been crutched & there are approximately 6 lambs that have long tails but have been marked & are dry. There are a 4 lines of Schultz lambs in this same sale, totalling 700, or a comfortable B Double load, ensuring interstate freight is viable.
