An excellent group of 400 x Sep/ Oct 2022 Drop Merino Wether Lambs. Elmside Pastoral have been using selected Cottage Park Sires for nearly 2 decades and produce soft, fine medium crimped wool on medium to large frame sheep. This group is the lead draft at Yass with a second group offered. Lambs present with 60 mm of wool and are in store to forward store condition. An opportunity for buyers to take advantage of improving sheep and wool markets with an option to shear immediately. Recently Elmside Pastoral shore their 2 year old wethers who average 5.5kg skirted of 17micron wool at a 7 month shearing interval. Elmside Pastoral are offering another 2 lots in today’s sale. Note: Lambs have recently been jetted with Coopers Blowfly and Lice and are within a wool harvest withhold until the 11/01/2024.
