Assessor Comments
225 - 2nd cross suckers April/May drop. Lambs have been weaned and are running on grazing oats and grain feeders with additional lucerne hay. Lambs are still fresh in condition and are really going ahead. These lambs are usually held and sold as some of the best suckers to come through the Forbes market. Lambs are from the renowned Begerebong country off the river. Only reason for selling early is to free a couple of paddocks up, the river has come up and put water over a couple of paddocks. A percentage of the tail has been weighed out. These lambs are really on the go bred out of large frame Western bred ewes by Ashburn Poll Dorset rams
