Assessor Comments
Offering 1150 Dorset / Merino Mixed Sex Lambs. The lambs were 21.6kg live at assessment and were on their second day of weaning at assessment. These lambs are the lead 8 decks of 1800 lambs from the vendors autumn lambing. These lambs are all sired by Sovereign Poll Dorset rams and have been bought by repeat buyers each year that have been happy with their performance. The lambs have been fed dry lick supplement since marking out of lick feeders so are well trained to come to feeders on their mum and would assume would be easier to get onto a ration for the purchaser. Don't miss this opportunity to purchase a large one-mark line of first cross lambs that when put onto good feed will grow out into heavy weights with plenty of time on their side. Please note at assessment there were some dried up purses yet to fall off, some light weeping eyes and a few with mild scabby mouth. Also note there are another 320 lambs from the same vendor in the same sale.
