A good line of very well bred, weaned FX Border Leicester mixed sex weaned suckers. These lambs are bred out of very good quality, large framed, Wanganella blood Merino ewes, exhibiting excellent body length & stretch, by top quality Lynwood & Dunnield Border Leicester rams. This line represents the combined, younger, tail out of the vendors complete Mid- March/ April drop FX suckers, comprising of 102 ewe lambs & 64 Wether lambs. They have had no developmental set backs whatsoever, & given adequate time & feed, should grow into heavy lambs. A great opportunity to purchase mixed sexes with a very favourable ewe to Wether ratio, allowing to fatten the wethers for cash flow, & end up with a nice line of future breeders. With favourable feed and management, the young ewe portion will develop into very stylish breeders. Note, odd lamb presents with green stain on breech & tail from grazing on fresh pasture. 470 FX B/L ewe portion tops & 431 Wether portion tops also on offer this sale.
