Buyers a good run of 5.5 Y/O sheep bred to target the high end ultra fine wool market. The Scrubby Gully wool brand is recognised and sought after by the Italian processing sector, going to retail brands such as Zegna anf Loro Piana. Consistent ultra fine microns produced year after year with little or no viariation in fibre diameter. One of Australia's most sought after Ultra Fine Wool Clips. These sheep present in good condition. At assessment a moderate percentage of these sheep presented with elongated toes as is typical of Merino ewes of this age. Any sheep that was deemed a problem was removed at assessment. Buyers please note that the Vendor has two other lots in this sale.
