Station mated Border Leicester x Composite maiden ewes with lambs at foot, and their whole lives ahead of them. These large framed, long bodied, productive ewes are doing a great job on their lambs. They have been running back with the Dunneild Border Leicester rams, the sires of the lambs, since lambing commenced, and with the condition of the ewes, and the season we are experiencing, there is every chance many of the ewes are back in lamb.
Buyers please note, the ewes have been freshly shorn and still have minor nicks and cuts as a result. Lambs have been marked, however, 3 or 4 lambs have been born since, and therefore are unmarked.
