2 lots of Merino Ewes for sale in this Auction, this lot of 422 twin bearing ewes and 315 single bearing sister, 3-7years of age and J/July drop of each year. Haddon Rig’s mission is to breed productive, fertile and high-yielding merino sheep of exceptional quality that will perform consistently for their clients. Haddon Rig have achieved this through selective breeding from Haddon Rig genetics, utilising industry best practice in nutrition and husbandry and combining ASBV data with professional classing. This line of ewes weighed from 65 to 100kg to average 80.2kg at assessment. 30 Ewes mouthed to find all good solid, blocky mouths (see photos.) older age groups all mouthed for buyer confidence. Ewes present very well for breed and condition and are in optimum lambing condition. Classed in ewes that are now for sale due to lambing window being outside of normal. Highly recommended line of ewes. Single bearing ewes in this sale.
