Flock dispersal of classed in breeding ewes. The Yurdyilla flock is classed annually by Chris Bowmen, the ewes were bred from a Boonoke base with Calga Dohnes introduced in 2006 to breed a genuine dual purpose ewe. Kerin Poll rams were then introduced when breeding this age group. Flock average of 20 micron with mature ewes cutting 6.5kg of good quality wool. Ewes are deep bodied, big barreled sheep with high growth rates. Ewes are wet and dried each year and ave. weaning rate of 115-130% achieved, very fertile sheep. These are very good quality ewes which will not disappoint.
