Assessor Comments
Classed in NSM maiden merino ewes purchased as part of a flock dispersal ex the breeder due to property sold - Crookwell. They are solid medium framed ewes of predominantly Bujar blood with some influence of plainer straighter genetics to produce clean white free growing finer micron wool without compromising wool cut. These ewes are carrying good weight and fat cover for age and are ready to join back to merinos or suitable for a xb operation. They offer compensatory weight gain having been assessed 24 hours after being locked up for shearing and kept available for assessment. Thus given a rising plane of nutrition these ewes will cycle rapidly. These ewes are approved Johnes vaccinates (Gudair vaccinated). Ewes are freshly shorn, backlined and drenched leaving no immediate expenses and all of the hard work done. Ready to put out for a breeding or trade program.
