Assessor Comments
30 station-mated Dorper X ewes, that have been running continuously with the White Dorper Ram. These ewes are comprised of 10 White Dorper X ewe lambs, possessing enough maturity to have joined, & 20 mixed-age breeders, ranging from 6 teeth to full mouth, with 3 older ewes in the mob starting to lose teeth. The vast majority of ewes have very fresh full mouths & are presenting in very good order, enabling them every opportunity to be back in lamb. These ewes, with the exception of last years drop of ewe lambs, are proven breeders, which have lambed every year for the vendor, providing a self-sustaining source of income from the sale of the wether portion each year, with very little maintenance required due to the shedding nature of the mob. Ewes have been running on an agistment property at Borenore, just outside of Orange NSW, & are being offered as an entire dispersal, due to the vendors work commitments further afield. 6 ewes have not had their tails docked. Ideal starter mob.
