Assessor Comments
385 'Plevna' blood Merino ewe lambs in store condition. These ewe lambs are bred out of large frame 'Centre Plus' and 'Egelabra' base dams by 'Plevna' Merino rams. These ewes will be good wool cutting ewes that are dual purpose Merinos and will grow out to be large frame ewes - ideal dams for breeding both self replacing Merinos or Cross bred lambs. The flocks wool average is 6.5kg at 20 micron. Last years weaner lambs wool was 18 micron. Buyers note: at assessment 5% of these ewes had a small patch of wool damage on their shoulders. A small percentage of ewes have horns and were tipped at lamb marking. Ideal ewes to shear and put away and join in the Autumn.
