On offer is a small line of Suffolk x Merino ewe hoggets, May 2020 drop. Ewes were purchased on AuctionsPlus as a line of mixed sex suckers ex Frances, SA in October 2020. The ewes display good frame for their age and show potential to mature into very nice breeders. Ewes have 8 unmarked lambs at foot sired by Poll Dorset rams. Vendor also stated Poll Dorset rams had got back into ewes for a period of time, the exact length of time was unknown but rams got back with ewes sometime after 20th June and were removed on 20th August. Ewes would be a nice line of young ewes for the small farmer to shear and rejoin. Noted 10 ewes with broken fleeces where they have been treated for fly/dermo.
