Assessor Comments
An outstanding line of 250 ewe lambs (of 500) that carry our highest recommendations. This is a run out the gate of 2500 ewe lambs. Murdeduke bred, Yarram Park blood maternal composite ewe lambs that present in forward condition and are on the do. Quality Composite sires are selected for high growth & muscling, positive fat and ease of lambing. These ewe lambs are joined to high indexing Merino rams that will produce an equivalent of a first cross ewes, weaning high percentage of heavy trade/export lambs and producing 4-5kg of 25 micron wool. The ewe lamb portion should be particularly valuable as future breeders (equivalent to 1st X) The merino rams were selected with a strong influence to Moojepin 652 ram who is one of the leading most widely used carcase rams, sourced from Moojepin itself, Wallaloo Park and Toland studs. Carefully selected for the top 30% Pwt, top 30% yemd, top 30% yfat and top 30% NLW. Lambs will have a full rear crutch prior to delivery.
