WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY TO SECURE A HANDY LINE OF CLASSED BURRAWANG BLD YOUNG EWES. THEY HAVE BEEN GROWN OUT TO GIVE THEM A BETTER CHANCE AT JOINING & HAVE HAD THE BURRAWANG DORPER RAMS RUNNING WITH THEM FOR A SET JOINING. SPRING HILL HAS BEEN INVESTING A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME & FINANCES INTO THEIR DORPER FLOCK OVER A FEW YEARS NOW & IT IS REALLY STARTING TO PAY THEM BACK. THEY FLOCK IS CLASSED BY WICUS CRONJE & THESE WERE THE SECONDS FROM THE CLASSING EARLIER IN THE YEAR. DUE TO THE COLDER THAN USUAL SEASON SOME OF THESE SHEEP HAVE NOT SHED UP LIKE THEY NORMALLY WOULD. SPRING HILL HAS NOT SHORN FOR OVER 10 YEARS SO THEY WILL ONCE THEY SEE SOME HOT WEATHER. THESE EWES DISPLAY GREAT BONE & MUSCLE LENGTH WHILST STILL RETAINING THEIR FEMININITY. ALSO SEE PHOTOS OF SOME OF THE RAMS THEY WERE JOINED TO. DID NOTICE THE VERY ODD EWE WITH A VERY SMALL UDDER BUT I DO THINK IT'S DUE TO THE FAT & CONDITION OF THESE SHEEP. ALSO DID SEE AT LEAST ONE EWE WITH A TAIL.
