Assessor Comments
A very good line of young merino ewes.Vendor has been on Bogo blood for many years with the purpose of increasing fleece weight & quality whilst holding the micron around 18 to 18.5kg.With this purpose in mind the vendor has also been able to maintain good frame, length and depth of body.Ewes are June/July 21 drop,November shorn ,mulesed & N.S.M.They have been Gudair Vaccinated & drenched with starteck 19/12/22.Each year the vendor takes out tail of anything that has problem re lame, blind ect. Then he classes out the 1st lot of excess ewes(Aprox 150)Later in the year he gets out another line of excess ewes(Aprox 200).This line of ewes is the result of this process,350 in total. Please note there is the odd soft footed ewe due to the continuing wet weather earlier in the year.
