Wingiel are offering 1020 June/July 2020 purple tag WOOLLY Merino ewes, March shorn, Gudair vaccinated, mulesed, Wurrook (Tara Park) & Glendonald blood. This is the second draft comprising 780 ewes to be offered as 3 lots of 260 and delivered as a run out the gate. Wurrook rams have been specially selected for size, structure and wool (quality and quantity, brightness and softness). Wingiel aim to produce adult sheep which are 17 - 18.5 microns and capable of cutting large quantities freegrowing and stylish wool whilst retaining size and reproductive performance. They are ideal ewes to purchase for any wool operation, and have good size and structure for any cross breeding operation. The 6300 breeding ewes shorn in April, (pre lambing) cut 4 kgs at 7 months. Bred true to type & with these genetics prospective purchasers can secure a even line of healthy young ewes This high fertile flock is managed with the strictest animal health protocols.
