Assessor Comments
19 x 2nd cross Australian White ewes 19-22 months of age, scanned in lamb 121% to Riverbend Australian White ram. This is an ideal opportunity to purchase young ewes scanned in lamb to Australian White rams. 13 showing good shedding types, 5 with a medium to light saddle, and 1 wooly ewe. All ewes were mouthed with 2 showing hoggets teeth, 16 showing 4 teeth, and 1 showing 6 teeth. These ewes have just had a big lamb weaned off them at assessment. These ewes had 20 mm of rain on them at time of assessment and would have presented better if they were dry.
