Assessor Comments
The Cooper Family of St James are dispersing their Curlew Bloodline flock due to an enterprise re-focus. These wethers are quality woolgrowers and produce wool down to 15 micron whilst maintaining good wool weight. Their latest clip was sold in Melbourne in October and were one of the top sellers of the day. These Wethers would be ideally suited to continue to feed to take onto killable weights. With the extensive breeding of Curlew Merino bloodlines, this dispersal gives the purchaser an opportunity to acquire a classed flock in good forward condition and would be an asset to any operation. A tail draft was removed ensuring a quality draft of stock. Please note, vendor has another 2 lots for sale in the National Lamb sale including another 3 lots in the same sale.
