Assessor Comments
On offer is nice line of Egelabra blood merino ewes that have many years off breeding for quality wool and fertility. These ewes have had lambs weaned off them in August are picking up in condition since shearing. Ewes are in the prime of their life and were originally classed in to the previous owners operation. Ewes would suit rejoining to a merino or cross bred ram. 15% ewes with long toes due to the soft season. On offer in the same sale is their sisters on a separate farm that is owned by the same vendor. An opportunity to put together approximately 400 3.5 - 4.5 year old ewes.
