A very good quality line of 6 year old ewes, the oldest age group of the Greendale adult flock dispersal. They are robust sheep that have been prolific breeders over their lives and should easily handle another joining. Ewes present in forward to prime condition, with lambs being weaned a week prior to assessment (weaned 131%). All ewes are sound mouth, with any faulty sheep removed at assessment.
These ewes are part of the dispersal of entire commercial flock, as the vendors concentrate on their Sheepmaster stud. There are 4 other age groups in this sale.
‘Wild Oat’ Sheepmaster rams are available to any purchasers if they desire.
