Opportunity to purchase an even line of 500 ewe lambs to be offered in 2 even lines of 250. Purchased in spring 2022 these represent the later drop lighter ewe lambs that were not joined. Presenting as an even line with the tail removed, Watervalley blood sheep can be described as plain, robust, easy-doing sheep with a history of fertility. Ewes are lightly mulesed and tail stripped, have been grain trained with barley presenting as predominately score 3s, February shorn, drenched, and vaccinated. Now averaging 43 kilos these robust ewe lambs could take a ram for a spring lamb. Forward store condition and will continue to grow and develop into medium-framed ewes later this spring. As a consistent line of 500 out of a whole property line of 1000 and selected out only on weight, there is an opportunity to purchase ewes that are plain robust and will be sustainable ewes for years to come.
