The Emery's are reluctantly offering 4 decks of quality scanned in lamb, classed in 3 year old ewes. These young breeders represent years of classing and selection and are only available due to a change in enterprise structure. These purple tag ewes have all raised a lamb last year, produce very stylish, bright wool and are in very strong condition. The older age groups are being retained until later to enable a gradual changeover to a beef production enterprise. A very small number of ewes have scurrs,.. probably less than 2%. This offering, in the prime of their life, would be a very fine addition to any medium/finer wool enterprise and comes with our fullest recommendations.
