Second draft of medium framed 1.5yr merino ewe hoggets from 'A.J & P.A Mcbride- 'NEPOWIE'. Excellant wool producers, these young ewes are well suited to be joined to merino or crossbred sires. Drafted from a line of 700, these ewes averaged approx 6kg of 17.5 micron wool when shorn in early november. Bred from Nepowie poll merino sires, there are a small number of sheep in this lot with slight scur. Approx 25% of thid lot have a horned genetic background. Vendor has two lines of young ewes in this sale.
