A good quality line of Merino ewe lambs/hoggets ideally suited to take on as future woolgrowers and breeders. By Well Gully rams out of Well Gully x Nerstane ewes, there is a range of frame from very large to lower end of medium as can be seen in the weights. Top end are very good weight for age. They are open faced sheep but well covered on the points. They are not mulesed, vendor has received a price premium for the wool just sold. Well Gully rams were introduced into the Nerstane flock 7 years ago. This 286 represents the full drop of ewes with a small cull taken off the bottom end. The wethers and ewes from this drop averaged 2.85kg shorn at 10/11 months with the micron averaging 16.1 The ewes were vaccinated off shears with Glanvac 6 in 1 and treated with Avenge + Fly. Note the wethers from this drop are available this sale also.
