On offer is another unique opportunity to secure young breeder ewes. These 370 yellow tag June/July drop 2021 composite ewe hoggets were mated to Poll Dorset Rams from 7th March till the 19th April and were scanned as “undetectable” on the 1st of May. They present in store condition with an average weight of 48.2 kg full majority fat score 2. Ewes are bred from Primeline and Cashmore Oaklea genetics and were OJD vaccinated as ewe lambs. These ewes have been in confinement since January on a silage and grain ration but would now benefit from lush green pastures. These ewes are being sold as a final part of a flock reduction. Vendor also has 2 other lines of scanned undetectable ewes for sale as well as 1 line of SIL mix age ewes.
