Assessor Comments
A quality line of SIL Merino / Border Leicester ewes. Black tags, 2016 drop, rising 5 year old. Scanned to Derrynock Dorset rams at 182%, which includes 19 singles and 87 twins. Rams went in 14/1 and came out on the 28/2. Ewes averaged 84Kg full. Ewes were purchased from DR Collins & Partners at Bridgewater, Vic. They were shorn on the 16th of March, all ewes are OJD vaccinated. All ewes have been Mulesed. The vendor has always selected high indexing Derrydock Dorset ram, which is evident when they sell hvy trade export lambs every year straight off the ewe. Good straight ewes.
