On offer 27 Station Mated Border Leicester x Merino Ewes at an average weight of 92.5kg at assessment. Ewes are March/April Drop 2020 and have been running with Ridgehaven Poll Dorset Rams from the 12/10/24 until delivery. Ewes are mulsed and were shorn on the 28th of October. Ewes were purchased out of the Annual Forbes 1st Cross Ewe Sale in 2021 and vendor is only selling ewes due to getting out of sheep. Ewes are extremely well bred western bred, large frame 1st Cross ewes originating out of the Forbes district. Ewes are in the prime of their lives and produced an outstanding drop of lambs last year. An ideal line of 1st Cross Ewes for a producer to purchase to top up their breeding number or to establish a flock! Please note there is 1 younger ewe which is a 2022 drop within the line.
