Assessor Comments
A great opportunity to purchase an even line of mixed age Dohne ewes with Poll Dorset cross lambs at foot. The ewes are 80% pure Dohne the balance F2 and Merino all GULLENDAH blood, mulsed, November shorn. They range between 2017-2021 drop with good percentage of young to middle age ewes throughout (see break up in age section of assessment). Some ewes carry a management tag and have red spray dot on back from scanning before lambing. The Poll Dorset cross lambs are 3-10 weeks old and are an even drop of lambs with tails being hot knifed at marking. These ewes are only being offered due to ongoing dry conditions in the area. The ewes are in score 1 and 2 condition and have been supplemented barley and are in fit and strong condition to travel. A great chance to generate relatively quick cashflow with lambs at foot and pick up a good line of mixed age Dohne ewes with years of Gullendah Breeding behind them.
