425 - Merino ewes 5 years to 7 years, Pregnancy Scanned in lamb to Nerstane, Centre Plus & Hillcreston Park Merino Rams. Ewes are assessed as small to medium frame New England bred ewes, presenting in healthy forward store to fresh condition. Ewes are identified with colour indicative NLIS tag. Please note age break up is an estimation based on the percentage of each age group in the sample assessed. A number of ewes are tagged with multiple tags, NLIS tag are age relative. Ewes identified with multiples at preg scanning were marked on shoulder with purple paint. (See Media)
Odd ewe noted to be recovering from lameness. All ewes will be assessed & any further lameness will be removed prior to delivery.
Vendor has another 490 ewes in same sale, 2 - 4 years of age of a similar description. A total offering of 915 mixed age ewes. Sale represents an opportunity to purchase a line of Merino ewes to take on & lamb down to retain as future breeders or background for future trade options.
