This is a draft of 940 (2 x 470 run out the gate) Nareen Station bred Classed in 5 year old ewes, offered in the Nareen Station Annual Production Sale. Nareen Station aims to breed sheep which are highly productive and easy care. The breeding objectives in the commercial flock are to have adult sheep which are 18-19 micron and capable of cutting large quantities of white, bright, stylish wool whilst retaining size and reproductive performance on plain bodied sheep.
They are ideal sheep to purchase for any wool operation, and have good size and structure for any cross breeding operation. All ewes in the assessment are fertile proven breeders with the vendor regularly scanning ewes post joining. All sheep in this assessment have been treated with Avenge off shears-please note that this is a precautionary treatment and a practice taken out on all ewes in the Nareen Station Annual Production Sale.
Please note that the vendor has approximately 3500 5 year old ewes in todays sale.

Stock History
These ewes are classed breeders, having reared a merino lamb each year for the last 4 years. The vendor preg scans annually with dry ewes removed. These ewes had lambs weaned off them on 1/11/21 in preparation for this sale.
Bloodlines
These sheep are bred on Nareen Station using Barrama genetics. Each year the sound mouth 5 year olds are offered in the Nareen Annual Production Sale.
